How does the CurrentBody Skin LED Light Therapy Panel differ from the LED Light Therapy Mask?

The LED Mask is designed exclusively for facial treatment in a flexible, wearable format.  The LED Panel offers a larger treatment area for use on the face and also the body.

How do I clean the LED red light therapy panel?

Ensure your device is turned off and unplugged from any power source before cleaning. Use a damp cloth to wipe down your device.Do not use chemical or alcohol based cleaners.

Is it FDA cleared?

Yes the LED Light Therapy Panel is FDA cleared.

Who is the LED Light Therapy Panel suitable for?

Anyone looking to treat signs of aging beyond the face: Ideal for users wanting to reduce the signs of aging on the neck, chest, arms, hands, or legs.

Individuals with blemish-prone or congested skin on the body: The High and Low Clearing modes are effective for managing breakouts, redness and post-inflammatory marks on areas like the back and shoulders.

How often should I use the LED red light panel?

For best results, we advise you to use your device 3-5 times weekly.

Why can a panel be positioned further away and still work?

Because of its higher irradiance (light intensity), the panel can lose some power over distance and still remain within the effective range. For example: At 6in, High Mode delivers around 12.64 mW/cm², enough to trigger biological responses in the skin.A lower-powered device starts at a much lower output, so any distance dramatically reduces its effectiveness — which is why 1–2in can result in up to 90% loss. In short: it’s not just about distance — it’s about how much power you’re starting with.

When should I use LOW mode?

LOW mode should be used when you want to treat areas on your body. We advise you to use the straps provided to secure the device on your desired treatment area (back, decolletage, arms).

When should I use HIGH mode?

HIGH mode should be used when you want to treat an area away from the skin on the stand

Can I use the panel on any part of my body?

Yes, the panel is generally safe for full-body use including the face, neck, back and chest.

Can I use skincare before my treatment?

We recommend using your device with clean, dry skin and to apply any skincare after treatment.
